He was always fast and clear with his communications, direct with his thoughts about the house and how it would or would not fit our needs and desires, and very knowledgeable about the areas as well as other agents. He also caught a mistake in our loan paperwork that our loan agents were slow to catch. If he had not caught it we would have had to close on our house a week later at the earliest.

Brian gave us pointers as we worked to prepare our house for sale. He came up with the idea of how to sell our house without putting a sign in the yard. We had multiple prospects look at our house over one weekend and had multiple offers to work with--each of the offers were over $50K higher than what we expected to get from selling our house when we considered this in 2020.

Brian made the process of us selling our house in Black Hawk, South Dakota as we moved to Campbell, Texas, easy, at least on the seller's side. The process was absolutely amazing!

Brian found properties in our price range with features we were interested in. He was always available to help us understand things and to answer questions. He has a friendly easy going nature, knows the area and is knowledgeable in all areas we needed. He found the perfect place for us and did a market analysis so we knew what to offer. He negotiated with sellers realtor and they took our offer. He recommended several inspectors and the one we used was extremely detailed pointing out all currect problems as well as things to keep an eye on in the future. Brian helped us decide what repairs were important for us to request and the sellers agreed to make them. We were out of state and the sellers and their agent seemed to try to avoid the most important repair but Brian stayed on top of things until they fulfilled their obligations. He went beyond and above in every way insuring the purchase went as smoothly as possible.
